(I)We hereby request and authorise you to accept and act on facsimile instructions from the authorised signatories stated in the Board Resolution dated The authorised signatories shall give facsimile instructions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Banking Transactions.
(II)In consideration of your agreeing to accept from me/us, notwithstanding the terms of the relevant mandate, from time to time instruction purporting to come from me/us in the form of Facsimile Instructions in relation to my/our account opened/to be opened by you, I/we confirm that:
- I/we am/are aware of the possible risks involved in connection with the giving of any Facsimile Instructions in as much as, but not limited to the Bank not being in a position to verify my/our signatures on such Facsimile Instructions, some third party forwarding/sending Facsimile Instructions purportedly with respect to my/our account and as given by me/us and the Bank not being able to distinguish that such Facsimile Instructions have not come from me/us.
- You are hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorized to act on any Facsimile Instructions, which you in your sole discretion believe emanate from me/us and you shall not be liable for acting on Facsimile Instructions which emanate from unauthorized individuals or in any other circumstances whatsoever.
- We have received a copy of the Procedures for Facsimile Instructions and will adhere to the procedures listed therein.

(III) In consideration of your agreeing to act on our above authorisation, we hereby indemnify and undertake to keep you fully indemnified, at all times against, and to save you harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or proceedings, losses, expenses and all other liabilities of whatsoever nature or description which may be suffered or incurred by you either directly or indirectly in relation to your accepting Facsimile Instructions or acting on such Facsimile Instructionspurportedly from me/us, whether or not the same are from me/us and we hereby waive any rights, claims, actions or proceedings we may have against you for any losses or liabilities we may suffer as a consequence of your acting on facsimile instructions or enquiries in accordance with paragraphs 1 above.
(IV) We understand that your agreeing to act on our above authorisation may be revoked at any time without notice to us at your absolute discretion and without assigning any reason therefore. Nothing herein obliges you to act on the above authorisation.

PROCEDURES FOR FACSIMILE INSTRUCTIONS
Facsimile instructionsare applicable to all banking transactions
Please forward your instructions via facsimile to us at our facsimile numbers to be followed thereafter with the original instructions within 2 Working Days to our mailing address after the transaction(s) have been effected. (“Working Day” means a day on which we are open for business, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)
