Course Descriptions:
October 11, 2017: Walking, Working Surfaces- This half-day course will review the changes to subparts D & I of 29 CFR 1910.
October 12, 2017: Maintenance Related Standards- This full day course will review the most cited standards in maintenance, lock out/ tag out (LOTO), machine guarding, electrical, confined spaces, housekeeping, egress routes, emergency procedures, fire safety, compressed gas safety & health hazards.
October 18, 2017: Silica in General Industry- This half-day course will review the silica in general industry standard, exposure assessments, methods of compliance, medical surveillance & training.
October 19, 2017: Basic Safety- This full day course will review the most cited safety standards in general industry, walking working surfaces, emergency procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, lock out/ tag out (LOTO), & electrical.
October 25, 2017: Silica in Construction- This half-day course will review the silica in construction standard, Table 1, written exposure control plan, competent person, housekeeping & medical exams.
December 12, 2017: OSHA 300 Log Recordkeeping- This half-day course will review recordkeeping requirements, maintenance of the OSHA 300 log, reporting & electronic scanning of the 300 log, 300A & 301.
