Objective: OBJECTIVE: IN 180 DAYS LCCHS WILL INCREASE THE AVERAGE COMBINED PROFICIENCY FOR READING AND MATH FROM 33.7 TO 40.3 IN 2014 BY INCREASING THE QUALITY AND RIGOR OF DAILY INSTRUCTION.
