Submission of an absentee or phone bid gives the auctioneertheauthority to open bidding for an item at one half the printedlowestimate. Any absentee bids placed at invalid increments willberounded down to the nearest amount consistent with theauctioneer’s bidding increments. In the event that your maximum bid ties with the audience, preference will be given to the attending bidder.JMA is not liable for errors relatingtothe execution or submission ofbids.
Phone bids must be received by 12 noon the daybeforethe auction. No additional phone bids can be accepted on the dayoftheauction.
