Cycling: A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique basedand/or real terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. All levels welcome.

FUNK-TIONALCORE MOVES:A powerful full body WORKOUT that fuses Pilates, Ballet, Yoga and Funk-tional Core Move that will enhance your strength and flexibility andbalance withexercises that involve utilizing and developing your core while lengthening and strengthening your muscles at the same time.
GYROKENESIS:Exercises allow one to work on the entirebody through 7 natural elements of spinal movement. This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. Fluidity is key. Postures are not held for long periods of time. Instead, postures are smoothly andharmoniously connected thru the use of breath making exercises feel more like a dance and swimming than like traditional yoga. Those who practice Gyrokenesis exercises tend to be more relaxed in their daily lives and can move with increased flexibility and ease.

Step Interval: Combines intervals of basic/intermediate step choreography and strength to work to increase your heartrate and tone your muscles. A highly effective workout, burningmaximum calories and increasing strength. All levelswelcome.
Power Yoga: Our most athletic Vinyasa. A vigorous, dynamic, physically energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle.
Vinyasa Yoga:A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to breath. Our breath links the mind and the body enabling us to stay calm, focusedaware and grounded thru out the practice. Classes are diverse in sequencing and will vary with instructor philosophy.
