Job Summary
To understand and MAP the data held within the Trust’s propriety systems (CRM/Finance/Estate Management/Volunteering/HR) whist capturing interdependencies and the supporting business rules. Identify Gaps and challenges to ensure a more consistent and robust approach is adopted for future data standardisation and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
ResponsibilityWork with the Data Project Team to devise a methodology to capture and map the Trusts existing Data
Identify the business rule supporting the existing data designs to ensure a consistentapproach is adopted by all users
Determine the data gaps and recommend solutions
Determine the business rules and recommend solutions
Working with a teamto identify data profiling challenges and identify ongoing solutions
Understand and map the primary keys between all proprietary systems
Maintain and manage data mappingdocumentation including – architecture designs, data schema, dictionary andlibrary
Perform other duties which may reasonably be assigned to them by their manager or supervisor

Qualities/ Experience/Skills Required
Essential
- Experiences of large scale data mapping in an environment of numerous proprietary systems and requirements
- Strong data modelling / restructuring and data analytics
- Experiences of designing and implementing a standard data and architecture solution
- Experience of software / architecture / life cycle and data management
- Good business analysis and management skills
- Documentation creation based on top down (business requirements) bottoms up (system focus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
- Must be able to work across multi-functional teams to influence outcomes
- Be able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
- Attention to detail
Desirable
- Exposure to third sector environment
- Exposure to Advanced Care, Agresso and estate management solutions
