It is hard to believe another school year is about to end and summer vacation is just ahead. We hope your child had a great experience in the band program and enjoyed playing their instrument.
Some children will continue with band next year while others may feel this is not what they want. In either case we can help you take care of your rental instrument.
Below are your options:
OPTION 1 - RETURN THE INSTRUMENT
If your child has decided not to continue in band and you want to return the instrument at the end of the year, please fill out the RENTAL RETURN paper, place it in the instrument case, and give the instrument to your band director. Also, please notify us either by phone (540)891-7800 or send an email to that you will be returning the instrument.
If you are having your rental payment charged each month on your credit/debit card, we will continue to process the payment unless we hear from you. Please let us know if you are going to return the instrument.
OPTION 2 – CONTINUE RENTING THE INSTRUMENT
If your child plans to continue band next year you may continue renting the instrument having all of your payments go toward the purchase of the instrument. If you return the instrument and then re-rent next school year you will lose all of the equity you have accumulated this year. You lose nothing by continuing to rent.
Please contact us if your instrument needs to be serviced during the summer or bring it by the store at 10304 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
OPTION 3 - PAYOFF THE INSTRUMENT
You may pay-off the balance due on the instrument and it will be yours! Please contact us for your pay-off amount.
