Advertising the conference and any SCONA event to various student groups at Texas A&M as well as abroad via mail outs, speaking in classes and other communication techniques.

Executive Director of Archives (2005-2006)
Began the committee’s first archive compilation after five decades of existence in a physical and database form. Produced the conference farewell dinner slide show and participated heavily in the managing of events as part of the executive team.

Campus Activities
MSC TOWN HALL 2004 – 2007
Town Hall is the premier entertainment programming committee at Texas A&M providing weekly student concerts and lecture series, hosting large shows and concerts and continuously serving the student body as a promoter of diversity and one of the founding committees of the Memorial Student Center.
Executive Director of Development (2006-2007)
Initiated fundraising events within the development committee, participated in MSC development events such as luncheons and workshops, contacted outside A&M affiliated organizations for assistance and managed the former member newsletter, database, and mail outs. Contributed to the various management tasks and necessities of the Executive Committee.

Participated in fundraising events such as contacting former students, soliciting local businesses, and assisting with the Town Hall Newsletter. Also aided in the marketing, preparation, and ushering of all large shows hosted by Town Hall.
