REGARDING: 2006 Family Reunion Planning Update______

Blue Limestone Park Shelter House reserved for Saturday, July 15, 2006, 11 AM to 6 PM.

To date, over $200 dollars has been collected for food for possibly 75-100 people. We will need more to have a decent menu. It was suggested that every head of house send $25.00 for their family and singles send $10.00. It costs to run a reunion so if you invite a guest please pay an additional $10 for them. This is to offset food, drink and shelter house expenses. Please send money if you plan to attend. If you cannot send money, plan on attending anyway.

If you live in Delaware or counties close by, please bring a covered dish or two. For menu coordination, you can email me at to let me know what you’re bringing.

The following is a list of areas that need volunteers. Please contact me if you can do anything:

Ø  Games: Freddie is looking for someone to do this.

Ø  Need coolers

Ø  4-5 people to set up Picnic area

Ø  4-5 people to tear down and clean up Picnic area

Ø  2 Cooks for the grill. Marlon has agreed to be one of the cooks; we need more cooks so that he is not the only one standing at a hot grill all day long.

Ø  Activities

-Aunt Mae has expressed a desire to have at 20 minute prayer/service to show our thanks for what we have.

-For children-involve in basketball games, etc. No one has signed up to lead.

-I remember when… This is telling funny family stories. Everyone can do this.

-Angela’s Booth- (Chuckie’s new wife) to help Angela get to know family, she would like to have a fun interview with some of you to make memories.

Everyone can visit Angie’s booth.

-DJ for music. Can a family member can be this? Let me know.

Making Memories
