NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the above Act, that the Minister for Administrative and Information Services seeks public comment on a proposal to:
1.Exclude from Glenelg North and rename as Glenelg North Shore that area marked (A) on the plan below.
2.Exclude from Glenelg North and include in Glenelg that area marked (B) on the plan below.
The Plan

M.V. ‘Pelican’
THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Pelican whilst operating within Smooth and Partially Smooth Water limits as per Schedule 1 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993 and within 2 nautical miles of the coast of South Australia in all other areas.
Minimum complement
One person—Master
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
Master—Certificate of Competency as Coxswain and has successfully completed approved Elements of Shipboard Safety and Restricted Radiotelephony courses.
GP—General purpose person, an able bodied person not less than 16 years of age with not less than 3 months experience and has successfully completed an approved Elements of Shipboard Safety Course.

M.T. ‘Lucinda’
THE following additional determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Lucinda whilst operating within a 3 nautical mile radius of the Pilot Boarding ground at Wallaroo with the purpose of transfer of up to nine passengers.
Minimum complement
Three persons—Master, Engineer and GP (General Purpose Person).
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
Master—Certificate of Competency as Master Class 4.
Engineer—Certificate of Competency as Marine Engine Driver Grade II.
GP—General purpose person, an able bodied person not less than 16 years of age with not less than 3 months experience and has successfully completed an approved Elements of Shipboard Safety Course.

THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Sea Adventure whilst operating within the following limits:

Diving Operations Only
1.Not more than one nautical mile from the coast of South Australia and not more than five nautical miles laterally along the coast from a safe haven.
2.Offshore from O’Sullivans Beach to Stanvac Barges.
3.Offshore from O’Sullivans Beach to Noarlunga Tyre Reef.
4.Offshore from Patawalonga to Glenelg Barge Dredge.
5.Offshore from North Haven to Norma Wreck.
6.Offshore from Patawalonga to Glenelg Tyre Reef.
7.Offshore from North Haven to Grange Tyre Reef.
8.Offshore from Edithburgh to Troubridge Island and Marion Reef.
9.Port Victoria to Wardang Island and half a nautical mile out from Wardang Island.

M.V. ‘Boss Cat’
THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993 in respect of the Boss Cat whilst operating within the following limits:
Operational limits
1.Within 15 nautical miles of the coast of South Australia.
2.Within the waters of Spencer Gulf, St Vincent Gulf, Investigator Strait and Backstairs Passage, east of a line drawn from Cape Catastrophe to Cape Borda and west of a line drawn from Cape Willoughby to the Murray Mouth.
Minimum complement
1. and 2. One person—Master.
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
1.Master—Certificate of Competency as Coxswain and has successfully completed Elements of Shipboard Safety and Restricted Radiotelephony courses.
2.Master—Certificate of Competency as Master Class 5.
Note: In operational limit 2 above, the Master must also possess a Certificate of Competency as Marine Engine Driver Grade III.

M.T. ‘Warren’
THE following determination is made by the State Crewing Committee pursuant to part 6, section 45 of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993, in respect of the Warren whilst operating within the waters of St Vincent Gulf and Investigator Strait, east of a line drawn from Cape Borda to Cape Spencer and west of a line drawn from Hog Point to Cape Jervis.
Minimum complement
Five persons—Master, Mate, Engineer and 2 IRs (Integrated Rating persons).
Minimum Qualifications of Crew
Master—Certificate of Competency as Master Class 4.
Mate—Certificate of Competency as Master Class 4.
Engineer—Certificate of Competency as Marine Engine Driver Grade I.
IR—Integrated Rating qualification as specified within the Marine Orders.

HOUSING IMPROVEMENT ACT 1940
WHEREAS by notice published in the Government Gazette on the dates mentioned in the following table the South Australian Housing Trust did declare the houses described in the said table to be substandard for the purposes of Part VII of the Housing Improvement Act 1940, and whereas the South Australian Housing Trust is satisfied that each of the houses described hereunder has ceased to be substandard, notice is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Part, the South Australian Housing Trust does hereby revoke the said declaration in respect of each house.
