WHEN:Nov 5, 62016; (half-day workshops Saturday and Sunday)

(Day 1: 10am – 2pm: Fallon Trap Club gun safety/shoot clinic; Day 2: 10am – 2pm: workshop, bird hunt)

WHERE:Fallon Trap Club andLahontan Valley Bird Dog Club; other locations as needed

WHO:Open to youth10 – 17yrs.Workshops are FREE to youth participants

WHAT: ThisFREEprogram introducesyouth to the outdoors while learning all aspects of upland bird or waterfowl hunting.Each participant receivessmall group instruction, hands-on practice, all necessary gear for the hunt, plus memories to last a lifetime!

HOW: Fill out the form on back and return to the address by the date on the next page. Successful applicants are notifiedat least 10 days prior to workshop. Full schedule and details provided at that time.

NOTE: If selected, participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Fallon. Additional release forms signed by parent or guardian will be required prior to or upon checkin at workshops. One parent or guardian over 18yrs is required to attend each day. Additional details will be provided to selected youth as to what to bring, when and where to arrive.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES: Selected youth receive field education and materials, lunch, snacks and water; trap shooting and gun safety instruction; loaner shotgun if needed, all ammo; bird cleaning and recipes.

Saturday: ½ day gun fitting, safety, trap shooting clinic (Fallon Trap Club), lunch;

Sunday: bird identification; dog handler/use; field and team hunt safety; adult hunt mentor; planted game birds, door prize drawing and FUN!!
