Stakeholders in the Wholesale and Retail Sector Convenes to Engage on Skills Development

W&RSETA 2015 National Stakeholder Roadshows

The Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA) will embark on national roadshows to engage all role players in the implementation of skills development in the Wholesale and Retail Sector on strategic priorities of the SETA. Some of the key issues of discussion include the following:

§  Skills Development Priorities;

§  5-Year Achievements (NSDS III);

§  Alignment of the SETA’s Plans with Sector Priorities;

§  Sector Skills Planning;

§  New Approach on Support to Companies and Provision of Training; and

An invitation is hereby extended to all companies, employer organisations, labour organisations, training providers in the Wholesale and Retail Sector as well as institutions of learning (universities, universities of technology and TVET colleges) to the national roadshows arranged as follows:
