EXECUTIVE BOARD

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP IN CLUB
-Grading Policy- You must be in accordance with BHS extracurricular activity policy in order to participate in club events. This also includes maintaining good attendance!
-To participate in the Winter Games at 7 Springs, priority will be given to club members who attend a minimum of 3 meetings and at least 1 event prior to Winter Games.
-To participate in the Summer Games Set Up Committee here at BHS, priority will be given to club members who attend a minimum of 5 meetings and at least 2 events prior to Summer Games. (Examples of events- Homecoming Carnival, Partners PE Events, Miracle League of the South Hills) other Special Olympics Allegheny County Events such as Soccer, Bowling, Swimming, Basketball, etc.), Spread the Word to End the Word Campaign, etc)

CLUB MEETINGS
-One monthly club meeting for all general members. There will be extra meetings for some events, but those meetings will only be for the specific students attending that event.
-Always sign in with one of the executive board members at the beginning of each meeting.
EVENTS
-Usually one event a month, give or take- come to meetings to find out what is going on
-Some events will be paired with the Partners PE & Music Classes. Some will be Club only events.

FUNDRAISING
-1st Fundraiser- Scheduled for Thursday, October 26th at Panera Bread- Pick-Up a Flyer after the meeting
CLUB T-SHIRTS
-New this year, you will have your choice of purchasing a short sleeve, long sleeve, or moisture wicking club shirt!
-Order forms will be available soon.. We need to make a motion to vote on this year’s color:
3 Choices: Purple, Charcoal, or Royal Blue
-Go to our club website and click on the “Member Voting” tab to cast your vote.
