Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman & Richie Galloway.

Present and presiding, Jesse Perry, Graves County Judge Executive.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the minutes from the previous meeting.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the claims as presented by the Graves County Treasurer.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Jail September 2015 Canteen Statement.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Jail 1st Quarter 2015-2016 Canteen Statement.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Jail September 2015 Housing Report.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Graves County Sheriff’s 3rd Quarter 2015 Report.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the 2nd Reading and Adoption of a Small Farm Winery Ordinance.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to extend Diel Road 800 feet into County Road Maintenance.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to rename the section of Spence Chapel Road to Mathis Orchard Lane.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to take Alyssa Daylee Road into County Maintenance Program.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to appoint Mr. Marvin Bell to the Symsonia Park Board.

Judge Perry presented a Proclamation declaring November 13 “World Pancreatic Cancer Day” in Graves County.

Several citizens were present stating their concern regarding Hog Facilities being built in Graves County.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden all members of the court present voting aye that the regular meeting of the Graves County Fiscal Court be adjourned.
