OBJECTIVES

I feel my long journey through the perils of science and fantasy plus a quixotic love-hate relationship with bureaucracy on both sides of the border has given me the insight to bring lots of knowledge, understanding, smiles and tears (tears of joy to be sure) to any institution I might happen to join. If one is as old as one feels I surmise that I have a good fifty years or so before I even consider slowing down.
