The Animal Haven is a private no-kill shelter for dogs & cats in North Haven. We have served the Greater New Haven community since 1948. We provide temporary care for homeless, adoptable pets. We advocate responsible pet ownership and follow a mandatory spay-neuter policy. We operate solely on grants, donations and our fundraising efforts.

Walk-A-Dog-Athon is an organized walk for humans and their four legged, furry friends. This is our 22nd year holding the event and we expect approximately 150 people in attendance. The event will be publicized on our website, on our Facebook page which has approximately 5,000 likes and in local media. There will be exhibit & vendor tables, music, food and contests.

Being a sponsor is a great opportunity to publicize your business to the animal loving community of Greater New Haven.

Vendors must bring their own tables and tents and may set up at noon. Rescues may have a vendor spot free of charge.
