To Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,

I Chief Patrick Sarrazin grand son of John McConnell an Philimon Lemure both Algonquin members from Golder lake prior to them leave a place they called a form of Genocide. LINNA was in court with the crown and Judge O’Neil (February 7th, 2006) is was put into a (STAY) as we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of out own moneys we didn’t have.

The League of Indian Nations of North America (LINNA) are pleased to hear of the court ruling on the rights for Metis and Non status Indians on April 14 2016.

LINNA members fall under:

Re: (HEREEDITARY) a hereditary characteristic or illness is passed on to a child from its parents before it is born.

I Chief Patrick Sarrazin has inform our members and non status Indians that we have right fare beyond a piece of paper called a treaty, from this day forward our people will be enforcing and honoring the Supreme Court of Canada decision, since there aren’t any laws to manage our members other than what the provinces has in place. Ext Drivers licences \ Health Card

Our people and culture has never been strong from the earlier years, leaders like Louis Riel, William Commands, John Totes, they fought for our rights back then and now I Patrick Sarrazin have seen their work come to light, as the sun comes up, then goes down our people still believe that our HEREDITARY RIGHT is the law of the land.

We are to live in harmony with the rest of the population and not be herast as it spells out in the Royal Proclamation of 1763 as well in the Canadian Constitution of 1982.

The League of Indian Nations of North America has around 4000 members throughout Canada and the United States of America,

We would like to ask that are people be left along and be treated with respect as our right are spelled our properly and corrected by the injustice formed within the INDIAN ACT

We would like to sit down with all parties concerned as we don’t get hand out as the ALGONQUINS do with the North Bay and Ottawa regions to manipulate our people.

This land in land claims by the Algonquin’s in principal fall within the Royal Proclamation of 1763 so why is it up for sale, this land belongs to all aboriginal people as it spells out from King George the third.

I Chief: Dr Patrick Sarrazin would like to ask for any information pertaining to your thought’s as our people move forward with the ever changing time in North America.

Best Regards:

Most respectfully,

Most Honourable Grand Chief Dr. Patrick Sarrazin Deputy Member of the National Assembly (Canadian Parliamentary Group) Diplomatic counselor for all Indian Nations
