SUMMARY:

I am interested in working and representing a Premier HVAC company that is reputable and business sound, offering growth and stability. Having been in the trade for 35 years, since 1978, I have seen and experienced quite a big change in equipment development and business strategies. I possess the ability to start-up, troubleshoot, repair, perform modifications and service HVAC systems in both a commercial and residential environment by utilizing knowledge and training of refrigeration and air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Responsible for providing, building, promoting and maintaining relationships with customers, vendor or co-worker by utilizing oral and written communication skills. Ensure customer satisfaction while utilizing the skills to identify, analyze, diagnose and repair equipment and systems at a customer's location. Supervisor – Precision Temperature El Cajon, Ca. 5/19/2014-10/24/2014

Hired as a Supervisor for Precision Temp who was under new ownership with accounts requiring, A/C, Heating and Commercial Refrigeration. Precision Temp runs their business totally paperless, i.e. all billing, invoicing, quotes and timecard was done on company software via Apple iPhone and iPad. Customer Accounts include; Mc Donald’s restaurants and property management groups such as Hoban and ECP. Primary functions for this position included service, inspect installs to assure quality control, bring organization and training for new techs in an effort to assist in maintaining a high level of excellence to our work. Systems worked on include; York and Lennox units as well as walk in coolers and freezers at Mc Donald’s. Residential service performed on 5 ton or less package and split systems. Obtained KEMA Certification, this is an SDG&E program to perform Quality Maintenance Service for residential single family homes. Routine duties included; measuring and calculating air flow, inspecting ductwork, inspecting and cleaning equipment. In conclusion of this assessments and inspection presenting customer with a written report which included findings, recommendations, pricing and offering a PM agreement. I made $34.00 per hour.

Senior Tech /Journeyman Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Lakeside, CA 9/2013 - 5/16/2014

Function as a Senior Tech on high level AC equipment; examples Liebert computer rooms. Performed scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modification of equipment systems as needed or requested by customers in both commercial and residential equipment to include; refrigeration equipment, wine rooms humidifiers and de-humidifiers to name a few to meet laboratory standards.
