PARTICIPATION AND ENTRIES:
Participation in this event is allowed to competitors who are of age and take part at their own risk.

PAYMENT
Individual participation fee is €20 in advanced entry and €45 for relays( €15 for each participant).
Individual participation fee paid on the day of the competition is €30 for individuals and €60 for relays.
Participation fee includes, medals, swiming caps, food and drinks.

Individuals and relays:
Distances: 250m swimming – 12 kmMTB cycling – 3km running
Categories – for each competitor individually and relays ( 3 competitors)
RULES AND TRACKS
Competiton follows the rules set by the Slovene Triathlon Association
Swim track:
Swimming takes place in the lake (250m). The track is marked with two buoys. Start is in the water, finish is marked.
Warming up is possible only 10 minutes before the start.
Expected water temperature is 22° C – 24° C
Cycling track:
12km in length, mtb cycling. Helmet obligatory. Competitors must wear a T-shirt or a leotard. The track is not asphalted.
Running track:
3km long.
Competitors must wear a T-shirt. They can only run in laced-up trainers.
Changing area:
Both categories of competitors can keep their equipment in the changing area which has to be cleared after the competition.

After the competition, awards will be presented to the three best competitors and teams
RULES AND DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPETITION
Only competitors who are of age can take part in the competition. The competition takes place without a break between the disciplines of swimming and running. Competitors are not allowed to run bare-foot. Competitors begin the race with swimming (start is in the water), followed by cycling mountain bikes, helmet is obligatory; then they put on running boots ( in the changing area by the lake) and run to the finish.
