Important Reminders
See asterisks (*)in above Schedule
*Remember, Outpost meals must be “ready” at the designated meal times, so plan ahead and have your “cook crew” preparing the meal ahead of time to be ready to serve. Your “Guests” should be picked up 5-10 minutes early, and your meal should be ready when they get there. Cook crew can be dismissed from the day’s activities to go to the Campsite early. (Withproper supervision)
**Camp meals (Saturday & Sunday Breakfasts and Saturday Lunch) will be ready at the designated times, so have your boys and leaders at the cafeteria on time, or at the Athletic Field for Saturday Lunch. Your Outpost eating times will be posted at the StaffBuilding and the FCF Bulletin Boards for each meal. Please adhere to this schedule and line up your Outpost outside the dining hall according to the schedule.
***Campsite Inspectionwill take place sometime during the afternoon on Saturday between 1:30 and 4:30. There does not need to be any Outpost Leader present. Make sure your site is clean and all campsite projects complete.
**** The POW WOW Orientation(Friday afternoon @ 3:00PM) should be attended by at least one (1) leader from each Outpost & All Patrol Guides. We need to remind you, however, that there should be at least two (2) Commanders or Campsite Supervisors at the campsite when the boys are there. (Item #3, Page 4). If you are understaffed, we will understand.
Note from the Camp Commander:
A Gentle Reminder: Make sure all campfires are completely extinguished when your campsite is unattended. No exceptions!
