  1. Welcome – Call to Order
  2. Approval of September Minutes – Motion by Mark Sevenich, Second by Tami Zakoski
  3. WELCOME – New attendees
  4. Gymnastics – Kris Kramer – Joined November 22, 16

  6. Girls Soccer – Craig Johnson
  7. Status of New Groups joining TFC
  8. Cheerleading, Golf, Wrestling, Drama, Boys Soccer and Tennis – (Boys soccer and Tennis are working to become involved with both having new coaches)
  9. Website Director Candidate – Ben Smaby – Tami Zakoski motioned, Mark Sevenich second – approved. Sue will email out email contact information to all Web Coordinators
  10. Booster Fundraisers with Facilities
  11. NEW fundraising form posted to Website. There is no longer rental fee charge for event fundraisers. Custodial fees must still be paid. Profit can be designated to agency fund or Booster Club. Must provide a simple P and L sheet. Note: Coaches may not be paid from the agency account.
  12. Pulltabs – Gossips
  13. Why can the TFC do pulltabs? - Learned that because the TFC is a separate 501(c)3, we are able to engage in pulltabs. Lisa, new manager/owner of Gossips approached TFC to see if feasible to give earning to TFC as a collective entitiy and can benefit numerous sports and activities. Currently benefits Wrestling (K-12 programs). Some hesitation due to impact on their program.
  14. Hiring a paid gambling manager – would need to look at this to manage
  15. Potential Profits – unsure but could be up to 50K or more
  16. How would profits be split?
  17. Timeframe? More discussion at next meeting.
  18. Concessions Review
  19. Homecoming Box Numbers - $9,116
  20. Soccer & Football Playoffs Box numbers - $3,329 for soccer, Football will provide next mtg
  21. Total Claimed by Booster - ?
  22. Concession Manager – expectation is we hire one for next year, perhaps with the same salary as a head coaching position. Bill T to inquire about other concession manager salaries.

  24. Advertising Meeting was – 10/12. Another will be set in 2017 with dates TBD
  25. Quickbooks / Treasurer interviews
  26. Budget & Fee Schedule etc.

  30. Currently trying to generate half time shows / activities to increase attendance

  44. Girls Basketball hosting 2nd annual Teacher Appreciation night
