In speaking with Julia, she suggested that instead of appointing a senator to attend meetings, we could appoint a senator to subscribe to “Email Trial” a weekly email distribution list that tells of upcoming student activities. If we could forward the name of this person each year to Julia, she could use them as a contact to help recruit staff for special projects they need staff volunteers for, such as judging the Miss/Mr. UofL, king/queen of homecoming, etc.
