Thank you for deciding to list your property with DVC Magic Resales! I will act as your agent/broker on the sale of your property. I work exclusively with the DVC product and have years of experience and knowledge to offer you.

DVC Magic Resales works as a transaction broker conducting ourselves in an honest and fair manner with both sellers and buyers of the Disney Vacation Club, using skill, care and diligence in the transaction. All offers will be presented to you in a timely manner.

Our normal commission rate is 10% of the sale price, however, there is currently a 7% special being offered. This rate can change at any time so act now! This is an open, non-exclusive listing. You may cancel the listing at any time without penalty until there is a valid sales contract signed. All that I ask is that you notify me when the listing is no longer available so I can remove from my website. The purchaser is to pay the closing costs provided no other arrangements are made between yourself and the purchaser. There are no hidden or upfront fees for you to worry about.

Included in this package is your Listing Agreement and Resort Release form. I will be requesting a point activity statement from Disney to verify your point status. Should your point status change or if you make any reservations, please contact me immediately so I can make the change on your listing. Once we do have a sale pending for you, please do not change or make any reservations using the points the purchaser is expecting to receive.

I can help you with pricing your property. Please ask for more information. Once all of the paperwork includes is completed and signed, please either scan and email back to me or fax to 352-729-2615.
