1.  This permit application is for assembly repair shop located at 4902 Edmonston Road. The work description indicates repair shop for small items/fabrication. The property is zoned M-X-T and located within the Edmonston Road Main Street Character Area of the Port Towns Development District Overlay Zone (DDOZ). A repair shop for small items (bicycles, watches, clothing & shoes) are permitted in the Edmonston Rd Main St Character Area. A detailed description of the proposed use and what is being fabricated/repaired must be submitted. 4/17/18 – Ok per updated site plan.

2.  Prior permit 3725U was issued for Suburban Floors – sales & service located at 4902 Edmonston Rd. The location drawing submitted is inadequate for review. A site plan, drawn to scale, must be submitted in accordance with Section 27-254 and Part 11 for parking of the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance for 4902 and 4904 Edmonston Rd. 4/17/18 – Ok per updated site plan.
