Participant Requirements and Expectations• / Youth from troops must:
oBe at least 13 years of age by July 25, 2016, but not yet 18 by July 30, 2016.
oHold the rank of 1st class Scout or above.
oHave completed the Introduction to Leadership Skills - Troop (formerly JLT)
• / Youth from crews must:
- Be at least 14 years of age by July 23, 2016, but not yet 21 by July 30, 2016.
- Have completed the Introduction to Leadership Skills – Crew
• / Both male and female crew members may participate in the course.
• / Participants will live by the Scout Oath and Scout Law at all times.
• / All fees will be paid in full and all forms will be received at the council office no later than June 30, 2016.
• / Participants mustattend all sessions of the course to receive recognition for completion.
• / NYLT 2016 is July 25 – July 30 2016. Participants should arrive between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Sunday, July 25, 2016 for check-in.
