McDonald’s, 2633 S St Rd 46, (10 Critical, 6 Non-Critical)Person in charge was unable to demonstrate knowledge relating to food safety; Half eaten chicken wrap on counter; Fried chicken patty left beside unmanned fryer; Swiss cheese 85F, American cheese 66F, sliced tomatoes 66F and not time marked; No sanitizer at 3 bay sink; Mold observed on chute in ice machine; Sauce guns and holders observed with a large accumulation of dried sauce; scoop with food debris from breakfast left on counter in p.m.; Pickles slices observed in handwash sink; excessive flies observed in dining room and food preparation area.

First Wok, 2570 Wabash Ave., (6 Critical 4 Non-Critical) Observed several severely dented cans on shelf; Observed raw meat over eggrolls, breaded chicken and sauces in walk in cooler; Chicken breading at room temperature, raw pork and Garlic in oil found at 50-53 F; Eggrolls, crab rangoon filling and cooked chicken not marked with date of consumption; Wire baskets for eggrolls found chipped and rusted; observed dirty knives on knife rack, dirty wire baskets for eggrolls on clean dish rack and accumulated debris on soda machine ice chute and table mounted can opener.
