Hong Kong Academy of Medicine is pleased to announce the 2003 HKAM and Medical Alumni Golf Tournament.

Wednesday, 26 November 2003
Venue:
Hong Kong Golf Club, Eden Course, Fanling, New Territories
Time:
Tee-off times will be between 8:03am and 9:27am. In view of the limited tee-off times available, only 100 players will be accepted on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Late entries will be put on the reserve list.
Eligibility:
HKAM Fellows, official guests of HKAM and HKU/CUHK Medical Alumni are welcome.
Green Fee:
Hong Kong Golf Club Member : Waived
Non Hong Kong Golf Club Member : HK$800
Deadline of Entry:
Monday, 27 October 2003
Format:
Stableford points competition with maximum handicap 24. Players with handicap above 24 will play off 24. Men will play off the white tee. Ladies will play off the red tee.
Refreshments:
Half-way house drinks will be provided.
Cocktails and Lunch:
All participants will be invited to a cocktail reception at 12:00nn, followed by lunch with prize presentation after the tournament at the Poolside Dining Room, Hong Kong Golf Club.
Caddies and Golf Carts:
Golf carts will be provided. Caddies are rarely needed in addition and will be at your own expense. Club caddies are available at the rates of HK$275 for senior “red” caddies, HK$220 for regular “blue” caddies and HK$165 for “yellow” bag carriers.
Disputes:
All questions and disputes shall be referred to the Organizing Committee whose decision will be final.
