March 19, 2016 9TH Annual Vallivue Baseball/Softball Dinner Auction
WHERE: The Belle Event Center, Nampa, Idaho
FOOD WILL BE CATERED BY SINATRA CATERING
TICKETS:
Each player will be solely responsible for 5 $40 registration tickets.
AUCTION ITEMS:
On top of getting 5 event registrations, we also are asking for 4 auction items. We need items for the silent/live auction. Please have your auction items no later than March 9, 2016. We will be happy to receive more auction items after that date but we need a list to fill out forms.
TABLE SPONORS:
Know someone who has a business and would like their name advertised on a specific table? Cost is $150 and you may choose to have up to 7 people be your table’s guest. Eat your dinner, dessert, and enjoy your night. Cost is $150. You receive two dinners and 2 drink tickets for being a table sponsor.
SAMPLES OF AUCTION ITEMS:
SPORTS: Any season ticket holders or know of businesses that can donate 2-4, or more tickets to an event for baseball, football, hockey, basketball; autographed balls, pictures, for any kind of sports events is very popular. Anything will work to help us raise funds for our program!
VACATIONS: Timeshare weekends or weeks, hotel accommodations, spa packages, ski packages, etc
RESTAURANTS: Pizza places and movies: Gift certificates to any kind of restaurants, pizza, Italian, steak, or movie passes, and basket full of movie items. These are the type where we can get them into their establishment and be a win-win for both involved.
COFFEE HOUSES: Moxie Java, Dutch Brothers, Starbucks gift cards etc.
SERVICE: Chiropractic treatments, massages, tanning spas, salons, photography, car washes, oil changes, lube changes, tire rotation, and any other things related to automobiles.
GOLF: Golf passes, golf equipment, etc.
NURSERIES: Plants, trees, flowers, lawn care, etc.
HOMEMADE CRAFTS/BASKETS: Any type dessert, food, and basket gatherings.
CASH DONATIONS: Many businesses or people may just want to make a donation for the cause donate for a player sponsor fee.
