Create an exciting memory of your child dancing Pre-game at the

Alvin High School Homecoming football game with the Alvin Jacketeers!!!

Date:Saturday, October21, 2017

Time:9:00am – 1:00pm. Show-offs will begin at 1 p.m. Don’t forget your camera!

Where:Alvin High School: Gym 1(Behind the Auditorium)802 South Johnson St. Alvin, TX 77511

***LOCATION CHANGE!!!! We will be in the dance gym for the clinic***

Who:Young Ladies in Pre-K – 5th Grade. Please wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable to move in.

Lunch (pizza), water, snacks (nut-free), t-shirt, games and activities are included.

Cost:$40.00 for onsite registration. Cash or check only. You can order a custom bow for the performance for an

additional $8.00.

 All clinicdancers are invited to perform during the pre-game festivities at the AHS Homecoming gameFriday,

October 27, 2017. Performers will receive their clinic shirtupon check-in at the game. Please wear tennis shoes

withshorts/pants/leggings. Arrive atAlvin’s Memorial Stadiumby5:45 p.m. and meet the Jacketeers near the

concession standsclosest to the baseball field. Parents must pick up their performers immediately after pregame.

IMPORTANT: Entry into the game is complimentary for PERFORMERS ONLY. All parents, family

members and guests who plan to watch the pre-gameperformance must pay the$8.00 entry fee at the gate. The

performance will begin at 6:30. We cannot hold the performance for any dancers who arrive late.
