Allocation of Addl. PDS (TPDS) Wheat Products of R.F. Mills for JAN’12 quota

O R D E R
In pursuance of the Director of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Assam’s allotment Order No. DS. 146/2010/Pt-I/84 dtd 10/02/2012 in respect of Atta and Bran produced out of Addl. PDS (TPDS) Wheat allotted for the month of January’2012, a quantity of 6384.00 Qtls. Atta and 264.00 Qtls. Bran respectively have been sub-allotted to the following GPSS and F.P. Shop of Tinsukia Sub-Division for onward distribution amongst the concerned consumers i.e. F.I. Card holders under Public Distribution System.
The Roller Flour Mills will deliver wheat products to the allottees on payment of value at Govt. fixed price. They will convert the wheat into W/Atta and Bran on placing of order by the allottees and in no circumstances they will sell any quantity of W/Atta / Bran in the open market. They shall strictly follow the Govt. Guidelines Communicated under No.FSA.216/2004/110 dated 06/12/05 and any other instructions communicated to them from time to time.
The allottee GPSS and FP Shop are directed to lift the allotted wheat products within 15 days from the date of issue of this order positively. The allottee GPSSs will distribute the lifted quantity of wheat products amongst the concerned FP Shops (Agents) for distribution amongst the consumers as per the entitlement.

8)All R.F. Mills of Tinsukia for information and necessary action. They are directed to issue Whole Atta/ Wheat Bran to the allottees as per sub–allocation list after making proper endorsement in their Permit Books and submit the lifting report within 3 days.
9)The ARCS, Tinsukia for information.
10)D.I. & P.R.O., Tinsukia for information and wide publicity.
11)All Inspectors/Sub-Inspectors of FCS&CA, Tsk. for information & necessary action. They are directed to ensure proper lifting and distribution by the allottees. They are also directed to supervise at the time of lifting wheat product from the RF Mill.
