CENTAURUS ATHLETIC REGISTRATION

Official sports practice start dates 2013-14:

Fall - August 12 - Boys’ Golf, August 5 - Registration starts 8/01/13

Winter - November 13 - Registration starts 11/01/13

Spring - February 24

In order to participate on the first official day of practice an online registration receipt and current sports physical must be on file in the Athletic Office.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

* Athletes that registered for a Fall sport need to access their account to add their Winter sport and print

their receipt.

* Print a copy of your athletic registration receipt (even if you choose cash, check or waiver) and submit to the

Athletic Office along with a copy of the student athlete’s current physical.

PHYSICAL EXAM

Per CHSAA and BVSD rules, all students must have a current sports physical on file in the Athletic Office prior to first official practice. Sports physicals are valid for 1 year (365 days).

REGISTRATION FEE

- The $185.00 per sport athletic registration fee may be paid by credit card during online athletic registration or

by check/cash taken directly to the school’s treasurer. There will be no fee refunds after the first game of a

season.

- Athletic fees are waived for students with Free or Reduced Lunch status. Free or Reduced Lunch applications

may be picked up in treasurers office.

- If students do not qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch status and there is a financial hardship, please contact the

athletic director to set up payment plans or waiver arrangements.

- There is a family payment cap of $405.00 per year. This cap includes athletic registration costs for middle

level and high school athletics.

- Ice Hockey was adopted with a fee of $1,100.00; the family cap does not apply to ice hockey.

- Peak to Peak Charter School fees vary from BVSD athletic fees. Fees collected at Peak to Peak Charter do

not apply to BVSD family cap nor do BVSD fees apply to Peak to Peak guidelines.
