Next Meeting is cancelled due to the Summit Conference.

Wait Listing in Banner Go Live - Nancy reminded everyone wait listing will go live with registration. Testing has gone very well. Public Schedule of classes needs changed and the sleep wake process was questioned by Julie. Jim said he does turn sleep wake off at night, but the wait listing can be excluded and stay running all night. Operators will be responsible for the job and for consistency.

Banner Financial Aid Upgrades 8.8.1, 8.9, and 8.10 – Julie reported upgrade went okay with a few glitches. Larrie reported some issues on the ODS Financial Aid patch. One mapping needed reloaded. ODS is still getting errors on load reports. Larrie and Jim will check with SunGard on possible problems. New patches are out that may help with the error messages. Jim suggested loading all of them at once if possible. Jim and Larrie feel ODS is safe to report against for Financial Aid. Thang reported the Java issue and the disbursement issue were corrected this morning.

PPRD Status – Julie reported Banner PPRD is up and running. There are still issues with my.pprd and not connecting. Terry reported the EDirectory will be rebuilt based on the recommendations of a team Terry is creating to address the issue. Julie warned users to expect issues if using PPRD.

System Password Sync – Julie asked the DBA’s what user’s passwords are currently being nightly resynced. Jim reported it is just key users. Julie requested all users on TRNG be included in the nightly process. Jim will give Julie a list of users currently being resynced on the systems. The remaining systems will be synced for key users only.

TRNG System Refresh – Julie reported the TRNG system will be refreshed around April 1st.

DEVL upgrade for Financial Aid – Julie asked Karen when she could upgrade the financial aid piece in DEVL. All agreed upgrade will probably be after Summit.

SunGard Summit – Julie will contact everyone about their conference schedules. She would like us all to go out to dinner as a group on Monday night.
