Please note that refunds may take up to 8 weeks to reach your account.

Requests received by the international office for refund of tuition received, will be processed within one week provided all required refund information is received and accurate including complete banking information, authorization and proof of visa refusal (if applicable). Conestoga’s finance department will verify the refund, post the transaction against the student’s account and then initiate the refund through the appropriate financial institution. This may take an additional week.

Once the transaction has left the College, it may take up to 6 weeks to clear the financial institutions involved with the refund. When the refund leaves Conestoga, we no longer have control over the processing or the time it takes for you to receive your funds. Please be sure to check with your bank frequently and stress the importance of releasing your refund to your account.

Please Note: Exchange rates are set by the bank and are not managed by the College. We cannot guarantee that the amount of the refund you receive will be the exact amount you sent to the College since the exchange rate and bank service charges will be deducted from the total refund.
