Deposit Agreement
This agreement is not designed to be a replacement for standard publication, or self-archiving via other means. It is subject to AngliaRuskinUniversity’s Research Degrees Regulations regarding copyright of theses.
1.Depositor Declaration
1.1I agree to have my thesis deposited in Anglia Ruskin Research Online (ARRO) for the purpose of online worldwide distribution via the repository. Unless otherwise specified in the Research Degrees Regulations, I am the owner of copyright for the whole work, or am duly authorised by the owner/s to grant all rights given in this Agreement on their behalf.
1.2I grant AngliaRuskinUniversity a non exclusive licence to archive the work in its repository and make it available on open access worldwide for non-commercial educational purposes, for an indefinite period and as otherwise permitted in UK law, under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
1.3The work is original and does not, to the best of my knowledge, infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party or contain material of a defamatory or libellous nature.
1.4For any period of time that I own the copyright of the work, I agree to grant a Creative Commons licence to allow use of the work without specific permission or a royalty payment.
1.5 For any copyright material contained in my thesis, I confirm that I have gained permission from the copyright holder.

2.2Anglia Ruskin University shall retain ownership of copyright in any additional documentation or data created to assist users of the repository.
2.3Anglia Ruskin University may create and display a metadata record for the work in perpetuity and may incorporate this into public catalogues and documentation.
2.4Although every care will be taken to preserve your work, AngliaRuskinUniversity shall not be liable in case of loss or damage to the Work, while it is stored in the repository.
