Reading Connections for today will be held in Social Studies classes. Don’t forget your book!

Today, May 4, is Star Wars Day! Join our celebration in the library with a Star Wars photo booth, Star Wars themed books, and free Star Wars bookmarks.

Teachers and Students! Homeroom teachers will be passing out a permission form for students to take home and have a parent/guardian sign. When your signed form is returned to your homeroom teacher, this is your pass to retake the SOL IF you score between a 375-399, giving you an opportunity to better your score. Teachers, you will be given a homeroom list, please check off students’ names as they return the forms, put the forms in alphabetical order, and once you have collected all from your homeroom students, please place the forms in Ms. Irvin’s mailbox. Thank you for your time and assistance.

The PTSO will be holding a final Friday Fun Day on Friday, May 5, from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. Tickets are on sale this week in the cafeteria during all lunch shifts.

The SOL Pep Rally will be held Monday, May 8. Students, study hard so your knowledge will help you win raffle tickets and get prizes! Prizes include gift cards to Amazon, iTunes, Nike, Chipotle, Starbucks, AMC, Best Buy, GameStop, and things like LED light speakers, bluetooth headphones, iPhone cases, portable power bank, candy, etc.
