The clinic includes opportunities to address issues related to IP rights, risks and transactions for individuals and ventures in the university community, to collaborate with faculty and others on IP learning modules, policies, presentations or workshops for this community, to develop practice skills, and to participate in the organization and operation of a legal services office. Students have the option to take Intellectual Property LAW 7369 concurrently with the IP CO-LAB. Otherwise, Intellectual Property LAW 7369 is a prerequisite. Enrollment is limited to 6; preference given to students with other relevant courses or practical experience.
