All that certain tract or parcel of land located on Route 3, approximately 0.66 +/- miles from Route 630 (known as Stampers) in the Pinetop District of Middlesex County, Virginia, and designated as Parcel “A” containing 84.5 +/- acres of highland extending to the mean low water mark of Wilton Creek, together with the other rights and privileges extending into the said Wilton Creek to a line established and shown on that certain plat recorded in C.S.B. at page 48 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia, all as shown on that certain plat prepared by John T. All that certain tract or parcel of land located on Route 3, approximately 1.09 +/- miles from Route 630 (known as Stampers) in the Pinetop District of Middlesex County, Virginia, and designated as Parcel “B” containing 20.5 +/- acres of highland extending to the mean low water mark of Wilton Creek, together with the other rights and privileges extending into Wilton Creek to a line established and shown on that certain plat recorded in C.S.B. at page 48, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Middlesex County, Virginia, all as shown on that certain plat prepared by John T. Ward, Land Surveyor, Saluda, Virginia, dated February 4, 1986, and revised on February 13, 1986, April 28, 1986 and on December 12, 1986, entitled “Survey of 126.3 +/- acres on Route 3, drawn at a scale of 1” (inch) equals 250’ (feet) and more particularly described as follows:
