We are in the sneezing, sniffles and couging season! If possible, any donations of clorox or anitbacterial wipes for cleaning our desks would be greatly appreciated! Our wipes and tissue supply has run out! A BIG thank you to parents who have sent in tissues and wipes!
Reading:Our theme this week is On Moving Ground. We will be reading personal narratives, expository text and poems. We will be working on synonyms and antonyms as well as multiple meaning words.
Vocabulary Words: anticipate, realize, favorite, surface, volcano, demolish, repair, alert, earthquake, landslide
Spelling words: Our focus this week are multi meaning words (we will shorten our list for a short week)
Core and Priority words: bank, bowl, jerky, palm, prune, roll, spring, stern, tire, toast

Math: We are finishing Unit 7. The main topic of Unit 7 is multiplication and division review. Please continue to help your child practice their multiplication/division facts with their fact triangles. Please review/tear out Unit 7 Family Letter in Home Links!
Flash cards are a great way to help your child brush up on their facts. Check out my website and click on the websites link. Look under Math Websites for other games and activities or use your child’s Everyday Math website .
