This will be the same site for our Steak and Salmon BBQ on Saturday night, 6 - 7 pm. Please bring your badges to gain entrance to these events.

Evening Sessions

All registered scientific attendees are welcome to come to our evening sessions held nightly. These evening sessions are meant to complement the formal lectures by allowing registrants to interact with the faculty in a relaxed manner. Suitable refreshments will be available to lubricate scientific debate. Thursday and Saturday sessions are in the RVCR West Lounge. The Friday evening vendor session is located at the top of the hill in Douglas Hall Cafeteria. Please bring your badges to gain entrance to these events.

Meal Ticket Holders

All participants who have purchased the cafeteria meal package should come to the RVCR cafeteria for Breakfast (7-8:30 am) and Lunch (12:15 - 1:30 pm). The Friday night dinner will be hosted at the Douglas Hall Quad at 6 pm prior to the vendor evening session at 7:30 pm. You must bring your meal tickets in order to `pay’ for your meals.

Off campus attendees may purchase their meals from the restaurants surrounding the campus. Only the Icebreaker and Night-In meals are included with your scientific registration. We’re sorry, but we cannot sell you individual meals or a meal ticket on site as the meal quantities had to be pre-ordered by July 1.
