  1. This direct debit authorization should be completed in block capitals and faxed to the financial department of Beijing Arts & Crafts Group Pearl Center（Beijing Jing Li Tian Xi Gong Yi Pin Fang）together with the front and back copy of your credit card and your identification document.
  2. Direct Debit will be effective immediately upon receipt of this agreement with requested documentation.

3. Cardholder is responsible to contact the concerned financial department of Beijing Arts & Crafts Group Pearl Center（Beijing Jing Li Tian Xi Gong Yi Pin Fang）for any disputed charge(s), which has been charged. Upon confirmation by Beijing Arts & Crafts Group Pearl Center（Beijing Jing Li Tian Xi Gong Yi Pin Fang）, credit (if any) will be refunded immediately through the credit card account of the cardholder.
