Registration for the TUI Environmental Champion Award 2016
(closing date: 1st April 2016)

Herewith I apply as representative of the below mentioned hotel for the TUI Environmental Champion 2016. I am aware of the regulations of this competition and accept them.

The registration fee of 150 EUR can be deducted by TUI from the next bill for the below mentioned hotel. The deduction will take place within four weeks after the registration.

Requirements for the participation are

·  a valid certificate from a GSTC* recognized sustainability standard e.g. Travelife

·  a guest satisfaction average value of at least 8 in the sector “Environment”

·  a valid contract with TUI

Your GSTC certification must be valid until at least 01st June 2016 (for GSTC see www.gstcouncil.org). Please provide the valid certificate that confirms your sustainability certification to (PDF) until 01st of June 2016. Please note that if your property does not have a valid certificate, it may be possible to apply to your chosen standard and gain a certification by 1st June 2016.

I am aware that any changes regarding the conditions made after 15th June 2016 have no influence on the assessment of the TUI Environmental Champion 2016.
