Post-DAC correspondence: / Advice:1.A solid concrete floor would create serious problems of damp (even with damp-proofing), as can be seen with the current concrete floor.
2.A limecrete floor is better, but best would be a ventilated void under a suspended floor (which would also be better archaeologically).
3.A ventilated void would also be more helpful for the electrical works, which currently require more thought.
4.Archaeological monitoring will be required
5.As a chair colour blue is to be discouraged
