You can come setup the day before the show again AFTER 2pm please. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis and you can request your spot from last year and we will accommodate as best as possible.

they are parked and classed with show cars.
VENDOR POLICY AGREEMENT 2018
In order to prevent the sale of offensive or illegal items, Bonny Eagle Football Boosters reserves the right to restrict, prohibit or remove from sale, any items it deems unsuitable for sale at the event.
If the Boosters find such sale of items unsuitable, a representative shall make a verbal request that the attempted sale of such items stop. If the vendor does not stop, the vendor will be requested to leave by the local law enforcement.
The sale of items shall be overseen by the local law enforcement to assure compliance with the laws of the State of Maine and any restrictions imposed by SAD #6 and Bonny Eagle Football Boosters.
This agreement must be signed and returned with your registration.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
All exhibitors must read and agree with the conditions below, sign it and return with your registration form.
LIABILITY
Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by SAD#6, Bonny Bonny Eagle Football Boosters, its owners, managers, officers, directors, agents, employee’s subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from, or out of, or by reason of, any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees which arise from out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of, the exhibition premises, the grounds or any part thereof.
