“Affidavit of Denny Ray Hardin”
Further to your foreign agent’s (James K. Sanderson) letter of April 27, 2009 attached, we acknowledge your further refusal of lawful currency for the payment of debt and this debt is paid in full. We acknowledge you have established a “Conspiracy against rights” 18 USC 241 by engaging a “Foreign Agent” 22 USC 611 to attempt to collect a debt paid in full UCC3-603. Thus clearly establishing further evidence of “Interference with commerce” 18 USC 1951 and “Extortionate Credit Transactions” 18 USC 891-894. We acknowledge further evidence of “Bank Fraud” 18 USC 1344 claiming the ability to contract with a “Foreign Agent” to dishonor a “Bank Bond” 18 USC 8 without a lawful reason, lawfully required by UCC3-503. The foreign agent’s letter is clear “fraud” 18 USC 1001 claiming the “Bank of Star Valley” has refused this currency, when in fact, an agent (Rod Jensen) has exceeded his authority to claim the authority to interfere with the processing of a commercial instrument. Rod Jensen has misdirected a “Bank Bond” to a “Foreign Agent” who has returned it to its creator without a lawful reason for dishonor. No “Bank” or its agents have authority to commit these crimes, HJR 192 and Public Law 73-10 condemn this conduct.
Because of the refusal of the agents of “BANK OF STAR VALLEY” to engage in honest business, lawfully required by 18 USC 1346, the “BANK OF STAR VALLEY” is now identified as a “Defendant” of the “Criminal Complaint of Racketeering Activity” currently under investigation by the proper authorities. Because these authorities have refused to enforce the law of commerce and prosecute those who have violated it, the President has been mailed “Notice of Dishonor in Commerce”. He has been given 60 days to enforce the law of commerce, prosecute those who have violated it or face “Dishonor in Commerce” before the “Hague Convention”. The “Sovereign Nation” status of the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.” has been lawfully challenged. Sooner or later those who are responsible will be held accountable. Rod Jensen, you are given lawful notice to cease and desist all action by you and your foreign agents engaged in “Racketeering Activities”. You personally are responsible for the conduct of “BANK OF STAR VALLEY” and the injuries it causes to the people. The “Bank Bond” is being returned to you for processing in accordance with law. Further evidence of your refusal to credit this account, is now lawfully established as criminal conduct with malice, intent and knowledge, you will be held accountable under the law.

This “Affidavit” is made without purpose of evasion or intent to mislead, if some fact is proved by facts, law and evidence to be incorrect, I reserve the right to amend it for the “truth” to be clearly stated. This “Affidavit” must be accepted as “Truth”, unless a “Counter Affidavit” signed under the penalty of perjury, is presented in dispute. “Truth is the law of “Commerce”. “Judgment” must follow the “Truth”. This “Affidavit” must be accepted as “Proof of Claim” in all Courts of the United States of America. Failure to do so is denial of the truth.
