1a. Why do you want to work at Tavor? What strengths do you bring to the particular tafkid/im you are applying for?

1b. What challenges do you foresee in this tafkid? How do you plan on overcoming these challenges?

2. Briefly describe a peulah (activity) that you wish to run for your chanichim (campers) this coming summer. Why did you choose this topic?

3. A successful tzevet (staff) is dependent upon a cooperative effort. Describe the role you typically play in a group and in what ways you contribute to a collaborative environment.

4a. The tochnit chinuch theme is "community", and is aimed to cultivate the skills and gifts in our community. Therefore, the process of creating the tochnit is a collaborative process to create a sense collective ownership over education at machaneh. What are you excited to educate about this summer at machaneh? What are some skills and passions you have gathered that you want to bring to chinuch at machaneh?

4b. What exciting ideas or projects do you have for this summer? You may consider chuggim (special interest groups), anafim (work groups), va’adot (committees), and yamei meyuchad (Special Days) in your answer.

5a. For returning madrichim, is there anything about past summers that you would like changed? If so, how would you implement these changes?
