We will send you and invoice near the end of August. The renewal invoice will be generated after we know if your post raised or lowered post dues. Post elections and dues votes are held in May and June. The results are reported to us by 15 July on the post revalidation form. Once we have the new dues and the new renewal contact information we send you a renewal letter. In the letter your dues are calculated and you are provided a new renewal contact address. You can mail a check to your postrenewal contact. You can also stop by the post and pay. The best option is logging into your account and paying online through our website.
