Quotation for VOICECOM IP TELECOM - Guarantee Plan (G Plan) Service

VOICECOM Guarantee Plan (G Plan) is a guarantee saving call plan offer to Corporate, for telephone bill great saving plan. VOICECOM offers Corporate with a fix monthly charge on telephone bill, to cover the entire telephone bill usage and provide guarantee saving over the telephone bill.

User will provide 6 months current telephone bill, to calculate the average monthly telephone bill usage.

With the analysis on the phone bill, VOICECOM will offer a monthly fix charge on telephone bill to cover the entire telephone bill usage. Hence it immediate meets the saving & guarantee saving on the telephone bill usage.

Service Terms & Conditions:

  1. VOICECOM offers guarantee saving with a fix monthly telephone charge on telephone bill usage.
  2. The fix monthly charge saving offer is base on the latest 6 months current telephone bill average bill.
  3. All payments are in advance payment basis.
  4. No minimum month contract binding, customer may terminate the service anytime base on month by month service ; or otherwise stated contract on above.
  5. Price not inclusive 6% GST. However, VOICECOM corporate customers can claim back the VOICECOM 6% GST from Government.
  6. VOICECOM offers “Money Back Guarantee Program” where VOICECOM provide new customer with money back on the redundant balance days of the advance monthly payment paid, if customer sign-off service within the “1st month subscription”.
  7. VOICECOM reserves the rights to terminate the service with immediate effect, if found the previous 6 months telephone bill usage call pattern is different or suddenly increase rapidly or abnormally.
  8. VOICECOM reserves the rights to revise the monthly fix charge, with mutual agreeable, if found the call usage pattern is different or suddenly increase rapidly or abnormally compare to previous 6 months average usage call pattern. The new price and new offer will sign again base on mutual agreeable charge.
  9. VOICECOM deliver the call service via VOICECOM infrastructure, network & system. VOICECOM owned the rights to plan, manage and control the service delivered. VOICECOM do not responsible on the call usages that do not deliver via VOICECOM network.
  10. VOICECOM reserves the right to update and revise the Service Terms & Conditions from time to time with or without appropriate notice.
