Indoor Sports Complex:
Completed in the spring of 2007...IWU’s Indoor Sports Complex is by far one of the most functional indoor track facilities in Indiana. The building is a steel framed structure measuring 225 ft x 325 ft! The interior floor is 100% 14mm Mondo Super-X with an asphalt base. With a building the size of this...IWU was able to produce a full 200 meter (42 inch. lanes) 8 lane oval track. In comparison to other facilities...this is very unique because most only have 6! The radius of the curves is the largest possible to accommodate distances runners as well as sprinters. Another feature by having a facility this large is that IWU is able to run the sprints/hurdles at a 60 meter distance vs the smaller 55 meter. All of the runways for the PV and LJ are also off of a Mondo surface as well as the approach apron for the HJ. The throws take place off 2 wooden throwing platforms. The LJ pits are a jumpers dream as they land into 2 pits that measure 9’5”x32’ making these some of the largest pits around. Lastly...IWU is very fortunate to exclusively use UCS track & field equipment. UCS equipment is by far the best equipment a school can own! From the starting blocks to the landing pits...UCS equipment is what IWU relies on to host meet after meet! With that said...IWU will provide all equipment except PV poles, shots, weights, and spikes. Unless an athlete is using Moye blocks...DO NOT BRING STARTING BLOCKS! These will be provided. Athletes can wear 1/4 inch pyramid spikes (no Christmas Tree). Timing is done through Automatic (Finish Lynx).

Team Camps are can be located in designated areas of the “infield” portion of the track or on the outside perimeter of the track. Seating is limited. What bleachers we do have is designated for spectators. It is highly recommended that spectators bring “bag” chairs if they would like to sit throughout the meet.
Entry Fee:
Cost is $200.00 per team or $400 for both men and women combined. Make checks payable to IWU and send to Eric Jackson - Asst. Track & Field Coach IWU, 4201 S. Washington St. Marion, IN 46953
Athletes competing as unattached will be charged $20.00
Meet Scoring:
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
***The 600 and 1000’s are not scored, but can be used for National Qualifying***

Entries must be submitted by Tuesday Jan. 26th at 8:00 PM. Any additions and scratches must be made by 8:00 PM on Wednesday, Jan. 27th. Only scratches will be accepted the day of the meet.
Admission Fee:
$5.00 per Adult and $2.00 per student (10 and under free)
Field Events:
Each athlete will get four attempts with no finals in the throws and the horizontal jumps.
