**Reilly Annual Membership Meeting
In accordance with our By-Laws, our annual meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, January 22th, 2012
at 12:00 pm. Please mark this date and plan to attend to discuss our upcoming calendar year of events as well as discuss some plans for the future of our drum corps.
**February 18th and 19th Weekend Practice -
Our weekend practice will be held on February 18th and 19th, 2012. We have two days of learning and perfecting music and routines. It is important that you try to attend both dates. We want the corps looking and sounding in tip-top shape for our first show. More information will be available as the date gets closer.
The tentativeschedules for these days are:

1 pm LUNCH TIME
2:00-5:00 pm 2ND BLOCK
Break for the night at 5:00 pm – Club McDermott and Reilly’s Open House starts – see Kevin for full details.

**Buglers Hall of Fame I (Individual) & E (Ensemble) and Mini-Corps Competition -
The Reilly Raiders are co-hosting a Buglers Hall of Fame I & E and Mini Corps Competition on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Doors open at noon with judging beginning at 1:00 pm. It will be held at the Knights of Columbus, Limekiln Pike, Glenside, PA. Tickets are $10.00 each. Reilly Old Timers tickets are $5.00. There will be food and beverages available at reasonable prices. Reilly needs everyone to try and attend. We will be doing the National Anthem and preview some of our tunes for the 2011 program. We would like to make this night successful for our corps. **MARCH LOTTERY TICKETS –
March lottery tickets are being distributed to every member. You are responsible for selling or buying lottery tickets. Use them as gifts for birthdays or special occasions. You do not have to live in Pennsylvania to sell/win the daily PA lottery. Our Treasurer, Tony Arena will mail a check immediately to the winner. See Kathy Hook for your tickets
**CHANGES IN ADDRESS, EMAIL OR MEDICAL RECORDS–
With the New Year here, now would be a good time to update any of your information with the corps. We need to make sure you are receiving the Source with all of instructions for upcoming events and to make sure your medical records are correct in case of an emergency. Please Note: All medical information given to us are kept confidential and are only used in case of an emergency. See Dan Smith, our Personnel Manager or Erda Graham if you need to update your records.
