Ryan Kufalk called the Board of Trustees’ meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call: Ryan Kufalk-yes, Mike Paulson-yes, Kevin Stark-yes, Chad Harbison-absent, Curt Fowler-yes, Chad Ballok-yes. Chad Ballok made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 11, 2017 board of trustees meeting. Mike Paulson seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. The Supervisor’s Report was presented and reviewed. KevinStark motioned to accept the Supervisor’s report as presented, Curt Fowler seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

Public comment: None.

New business: Supervisor Kufalk stated he talked with a representative of Rock County Garden Tractor Pullers. We have agreed to rent the building for two months, November 5th and December 4th.

Other updates:

Cemetery. Some large bills were received for trees and mulching. These were due to storm damage.

Stone School. None.

Road and Bridge. None

Township. Supervisor Kufalk reported the audit is complete. The report was presented and reviewed.

Cypress Creek Solar Farm. Nothing new.

Vouchers were presented. All vouchers were reviewed and discussed. Supervisor Kufalk added one invoice for reimbursement to him for postage. One issue was raised with the KL Service invoice. The vendor has charged overtime and Road Commission Harbison had stated no overtime would be paid. It was agreed to not pay overtime for this project, only straight time would be paid. Mike Paulson made a motion to accept and pay all bills as presented, Kevin Stark seconded the motion. On a roll call vote: Ryan Kufalk-yes, Curt Fowler-yes, Mike Paulson-yes, Chad Ballok-yes, Kevin Stark-yes. Motion passed. Mike Paulson made a motion and Kevin Stark seconded to only pay straight time for KL Services. On a roll call vote: Mike Paulson-yes, Kevin Stark-yes, Ryan Kufalk-yes, Chad Ballok-yes, Curt Fowler-yes; motion passed.

Don Banks with Alpine Bank presented new signature forms for all banking accounts. All presented signed the new signature forms.

Supervisor Kufalk announced a tour and luncheon at Enbridge on October 19th if anyone was interested in attending. He also received a letter from the OCC regarding the format audits would be acceptable. Our audit is prepared in the modified cash basis.

Chad Ballok motioned, Curt Fowler seconded to adjourn the meeting; motion passed unanimously; meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
